DRHC Flood Damage

The following photos were taken on Thursday, July 16, 2026, 16 days after the initial flooding, and offer a glimpse inside the current state of the Dauphin Regional Health Centre.

For so many, this building has been a place of healing, hope, and care, a place where lives began, loved ones were comforted, and the Dauphin community came together in times of need.

While these images are difficult to look at, they do not tell the whole story. Behind the scenes, teams from Prairie Mountain Health, Shared Health, the Government of Manitoba, and partners across Manitoba’s health system are working carefully and methodically to restore the facility and safely return health services to Dauphin. Their work is ongoing, thoughtful, and focused on ensuring the hospital can once again serve the community for years to come.
